Vodafone Idea

Vodafone Idea desired to provide a quick & easy recharge-bill payment experience. Their goal was to provide their customers with a 360-degree view of their accounts.

My role was UX lead in multiple squads handling various deliveries and ensuring a consistent experience.

User Research Survey

We did a survey to understand a comprehensive view of how users engage with their telecom services.

Persona Creation

During the persona development phase, we carefully crafted user profiles, taking into account a diverse spectrum of audiences, spanning various demographics such as age and location, to achieve a holistic grasp of our user base.

Interface Design

After closing the wireframes and capturing use cases, various iterations were done for visuals. The assets should be light and simple to use – relevant content must be surfaced clearly, encouraging further exploration.

Talking to Real User

80 users
  • A mix of Male & Female users, (age group 18 - 55yrs)
  •  The users base comprised of Jio, airtel & Vodafone users
  • Entire testing was done in person (office, and various malls) capturing challenges and delights.
  • The users were asked to perform a task, after which the observations were noted.​
Every critical journey underwent testing with multiple users across various devices and age groups. This thorough approach aimed to uncover challenges and sources of delight for the users. The insights gathered from these tests facilitated a profound understanding of user expectations, informing decisions regarding feature implementation, information presentation, and feature prioritization.

Other Projects

The e-commerce platform needs to be overhauled in order to attract new customers and improve the purchasing experience along with providing a personalized closet for the wedding.
The objective is to construct a B2B platform that facilitates effortless bulk purchasing of goods, in addition to streamlining financial documentation.
